Responsibilities

Global materials shortages are continuous across all BA, thus the urgency of each shipment's arrangements is highly monitored for fast shipments arrangements to avoid productions disruptions; Plant Calamba has 3 legal entities, and all documentations are separated both Internal (AUMOVIO) and External (Government Agencies and Logistic Service provider); Shipments are arranged separately as compliance to Government Agencies requirements such as BOC and PEZA, dedicated person is needed; Internal / External report is prepared by each responsible person per entity.; Transport coordination and customs clearance process execution.
