Trade Support Analyst

Responsibilities

Perform daily trade capture and validation across derivative products including options, futures, swaps, and structured products; Reconcile trade activity, positions, and valuations between internal systems, clearing brokers, and counterparties; Monitor trade lifecycle events such as resets, expirations, exercises, and corporate actions; Support margin and collateral management processes including monitoring requirements and communicating with counterparties; Assist in the preparation of daily P&L, risk, and exposure reports; Maintain strong relationships with brokers, clearing firms, and third-party service providers; Participate in audits, regulatory inquiries, and process improvement projects

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; 1-2 years of experience in trade support, operations, or derivatives-related role; Strong understanding of derivative products, market mechanics, and trade lifecycle processes; Experience with trade capture or risk systems; Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
