Trainee, Operations

As a Trainee in Operations, you will support the GOAT team across social and influencer marketing projects, gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, campaign execution, stakeholder communication, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Support the GOAT team across social and influencer marketing projects; Work closely with the Operations team on social and influencer marketing campaigns; Collaborate with WPP partners and internal teams from planning through execution, delivery, and final reporting; Assist in campaign optimization by ensuring project information, budgets, timelines, and deliverables are accurately tracked and updated; Support GOAT Directors and Managers in managing influencer projects, including budgeting, KPI setting, implementation tracking, and performance reporting; Maintain accurate project records in internal systems, including budget phasing, campaign status, and key operational updates; Coordinate administrative requirements such as contracts, allocation management, paperwork processing, and compliance with client principles

Requirements

Fresh-graduated with major in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications,… and available for the minimum 6 months duration internship; Good interpersonal skill, problem solving; Good in communication: Master in Vietnamese (both speaking & writing) & Excellent in English (speaking, presenting & writing); Good at MS office, proposal ppt, excel; Passionate & interested in influencer marketing

Nice to have

Experience in advertising/communication/ influencer & KOLs industry, especially as a project/account management role is a strong plus
