Troubleshooter

Warehouse Support Specialist role in the High Tech division in Venlo. The specialist links operations and support departments, ensures warehouse processes run efficiently, investigates operational challenges, analyses data, and works with multiple stakeholders to implement sustainable improvements. Reports to the Operations Supervisor and works within the Warehouse Support team with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and other internal departments. Shift-based work. Recruitment process: phone interview with the recruiter, first interview, second interview, and an offer within 48 hours.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support on the warehouse floor and act as the first point of contact for process-related issues; Investigate challenges involving orders, inventory, materials, or systems and implement structural improvements; Analyse warehouse data, stock levels, inventories, and operational performance using Excel and WMS/ERP systems; Prepare reports and communicate findings with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and, where applicable; Identify opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring operational issues

Requirements

MBO (Vocational) or Bachelor's degree; At least 1 year of experience in logistics or a similar operational support role; Excellent command of the English language; Experience with ERP/WMS systems; Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis; Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities; Accurate, proactive, and strong communication skills; Available to work according to the applicable shift schedule; Legal right to work in the Netherlands at the time of applying

Nice to have

Experience within a high-tech logistics environment; Experience with SAP
