Educational qualification

B.E./M.Tech in ECE, CSE, or equivalent

Experience

Experience - 8-10 yrs

Responsibilities

Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs and behaviors; Translate research insights into user journeys, personas, wireframes, and prototypes; Design intuitive user flows and interactions for web and/or mobile products; Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately; Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and data; Advocate for the user throughout the product development process; Maintain and contribute to design systems and UX documentation; Drive harmonization of user experiences across all subsystems; Conduct usability testing and surveys

Requirements

Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role; Strong understanding of user-centered design principles; Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD); Ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testing; Strong problem-solving and communication skills; Portfolio demonstrating UX process and design thinking; Person with industrial/power/energy automation experience

Nice to have

Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams; Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design
