Responsibilities

Participate in valuation projects and deliver accurate reports; Perform thorough due diligence on property details; Conduct site visits and collect data for preparation of valuation and advisory reports; Prepare financial feasibility analysis and valuation reports; Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

University (or equivalent) degree in Real Estate/Surveying/Property Management or related disciplines; 1+ years of any real estate related work experience. Fresh Graduates will be considered as well; Solid knowledge of real estate markets, valuation methodologies and industry regulations; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data; Effective communication and client relationship management skills; Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail; High proficiency in MS Office applications, in particular Excel; Good command of both written and verbal English, Cantonese or Mandarin. Proficiency in any Asian language is a plus
