Vice President, Branch Leader - Shrewsbury, MA

As the leader of a Fidelity branch team, you will educate the local market, drive national initiatives, and grow local business. As a key leader in the Investor Center, you drive branch performance through talent development, operational excellence, and strategic leadership, and serve as the branch's general manager. The branch offers a full range of investment products and services to individual mutual fund and brokerage customers, including personal, needs-based investment guidance, wealth management, retirement planning, income strategies, and college planning services. Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

Lead a Fidelity branch team; Educate the local market and drive national initiatives; Grow local business through in-branch customer meetings, informative seminars, lead utilization, and client appreciation; Drive branch performance through talent development, operational excellence, and strategic leadership; Recruit, mentor, and coach associates to strengthen team capabilities and foster a high-performing culture; Manage branch infrastructure, including lobby and operational technology, back-office processing, and quality assurance; Serve as the branch's general manager, building and executing strategies that support associate development, business growth, and exceptional client experiences

Requirements

5+ years in financial sales role; 3+ years of financial services management is helpful; Active Series 9/10, 7, and 66 licenses required; Insurance license required; All-encompassing brokerage and mutual fund knowledge and expertise in financial planning; Contagious enthusiasm for hiring, mentoring, and developing new branch associates; Inspired by passion for working collaboratively, improving productivity, and implementing ideas; Ability to coordinate and support cross-company partnerships and regional corporate relationships that lead to business opportunities; Positive attitude, empowering business professionalism and strong work ethic with high level of integrity
