Waiter/ Waitress - In Room Dining

We are driven to create a future where people and place enrich one another. As an In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverage experiences directly to guest rooms while maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Deliver food, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms; Prepare and set up trays and trolleys according to Rosewood service standards; Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and presented impeccably; Maintain mise en place and operational readiness of the In Room Dining area; Collect used trays, trolleys, and equipment and account for inventory; Communicate guest feedback and service opportunities to supervisors

Requirements

Experience in Food & Beverage service in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment; Passionate about delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences; Excellent attention to detail; Takes pride in presentation and service quality; Organized, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Able to work independently and collaboratively; Communicates fluently in English
