Waiter / Waitress

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service across a variety of events - from high-profile conferences and corporate meetings to intimate private dining and sophisticated receptions.

Responsibilities

Providing attentive and professional food & beverage service; Supporting the delivery of conferences, meetings, and large-scale events; Delivering high-end private dining and drinks receptions with precision and care; Setting up and breaking down event spaces to a high standard; Creating a seamless and memorable guest experience

Requirements

Excellent communication skills; Hands on and proactive approach; Able to work autonomously and as part of a team; Passion for food and beverage; Excellent time management; Strong organisational skills; Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role including lifting, moving furniture and stock movement; Passion for service and attention to detail; Strong communication and teamwork skills; A polished and professional approach; Flexibility to work across a variety of event styles and service formats

Nice to have

Previous hospitality experience; Events or fine dining experience
