Waiter & Waitress

Responsibilities

Greet and welcoming guests to their tables.; Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.; Present menu and provide detailed information, serve food & beverage orders and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following the hotels Standards of Performance.; Responsible for the food hygiene and safety of the outlet by ensuring that all equipment’s are working properly and are trained to work safely with it.; Perform opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet.; Assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress.; Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.; Fluency in English.; Experienced in operating the MICROS POS system.
