Responsibilities

Goods receiving & warehousing: Receive, inspect, store, and organize hardware, technical equipment, and other incoming goods.; Picking & shipping: Prepare equipment for internal transport or shipment and accurately document goods movements.; Material handling: Safely move and position valuable technical equipment within the data center.; Technical support: After comprehensive training, support activities such as positioning server racks, handling hardware, and basic cabling.; Safety & quality: Work with your team to maintain a safe, organized workplace and continuously improve processes and standards.

Requirements

Professional experience: You have hands-on experience in warehousing, logistics, goods receiving, shipping, picking, or material handling. Career changers with relevant practical experience are welcome.; Digital & technical affinity: You are comfortable using basic digital tools and eager to learn. No previous IT or data center experience is necessary.; Flexibility & mobility: A Class B driving license is a plus, but not a requirement. Ideally, you are also open to working shifts as part of our operational environment.; Language skills: Good English skills are sufficient. German is not required.; Hands-on mindset & teamwork: You work reliably and carefully, enjoy learning new things, take ownership, and contribute to shared team goals.
