Warehouse Associate

Reporting to the warehouse supervisor, you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and inspect graduation apparel orders.

Responsibilities

Pulling, packing, and inspecting graduation apparel orders; Learning to meet production and quality standards for this operation; Learning how to train and direct new personnel; Learning about all product lines and processes in the warehouse; Selecting material by quality standards, colors, styles and shades

Requirements

Must be self-motivated; Must have adequate computer skills; Reading, writing and math skills commensurate with job duties; Ability to read and comprehend written English; Must be able to recognize colors and different cloth styles; Must be able to work all mandatory overtime; Ability to carry, push, pull, and lift up to 30lbs; Ability to stand for 8-12 hour shifts; Physical strength and dexterity to perform essential job functions
