Warehouse Forklift Operator - 1st Shift

We're currently looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team. Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday with occasional scheduled Saturdays from 5:00am-5:00pm. Salary: $20.00/hr plus overtime.

Responsibilities

Off-load all inbound freight and maintain written documentation of the transactions; Verify accuracy of inbound freight bills and sign for the material; Post receipt or movement of any product to NAV ERP system; Stage all material needed to mix, produce and package products on all manufacturing lines, ensuring production is not interrupted for lack of materials; Store or ship all finished goods product from designated production area; Receive returns from production and re-rack according to need; Notify Warehouse Lead or Warehouse Supervisor for inspection of incoming products; Rotate product date codes during pulling operations; Maintain inventory accuracy; Maintain safety and sanitation standards; Other duties as assigned; Process receipt, storage, and shipment of finished goods and raw materials; Move materials to and from the production floor; Maintain an environment of safety and food safety

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Minimum of two years' experience in shipping and receiving; Experienced in put-away / retrieval of pallets in racked warehouses; Experience in loading & unloading trucks; Familiar with warehouse documentation and processing requirements; Must have experience using a stand-up forklift; Average computer skills and knowledge of ERP systems; Ability to read, write and take directions in English; Knowledge of Manufacturing Inventory Management Systems; Able to stand for prolonged periods of time; Must have good vision; Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds; Ability to withstand working in a cold environment

Nice to have

Licensed/Certified to operate forklifts (specifically stand-up forklifts) and other warehouse equipment; Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese; Experience overtime availability; Occasional Saturday work
