Warehouse Logistics Specialist (f/m/x)

Anton Paar develops, produces, and distributes highly precise measuring instruments and automation and robotics solutions worldwide. Efficient warehouse and logistics processes play a key role in ensuring that materials are available at the right place and at the right time. To strengthen our Warehouse team, we are looking for a committed individual with a strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and a careful approach to work.

Responsibilities

Organizing and handling central goods receipt and incoming goods processes; Properly storing, warehousing, and picking materials using various warehouse systems (goods-to-person and person-to-goods); Processing material transactions and ensuring accurate inventory management in SAP; Carrying out inventories and regular stock checks to ensure a high level of data quality; Organizing and handling internal material and goods transportation and ensuring the timely provision of materials for production

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship in warehouse logistics, operational logistics, or a comparable qualification; Professional experience in warehousing or logistics, ideally in a manufacturing company; Experience working with SAP and sound knowledge of material transactions; Valid forklift license; Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a strong focus on quality; Team player, physically resilient, and willing to take responsibility in day-to-day operations
