Warehouse Site Manager

The UK Warehouse Manager at Pattern is responsible for the full management of warehouse operations at our UK Warehouse, ensuring the seamless receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The role requires an experienced leader who can drive operational excellence, build and manage a dynamic team, and support commercial objectives aligned with Pattern’s growth and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

Full management of warehouse operations at the UK Warehouse, ensuring seamless receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness; Full site management; Scheduling of goods receipts and volumes to be processed; Budgetary and P&L responsibility for the site; Building a strong, efficient and experienced FTE team; Working with key resource suppliers to dynamically flex the team in line with business demands and seasonal volumes; Driving operational excellence and continuous improvements; Sourcing and managing consumable providers and continuous negotiation on costs; Setting SLA's and tracking KPIs; Working with the Merchandise Planning team on forecasted volumes and shipping priorities

Requirements

Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain management, including full site P&L responsibility; Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment; Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations; Excellent working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics software, and best practices; Strong understanding of and background in Lean Six Sigma methods; Effective communicator with strong organizational and analytical skills; Fluent in English
