WATER'S EDGE - Buffetier

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Buffet/Restaurant Attendant to join our team! The Buffet/Restaurant Attendant is responsible for maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, organization, and replenishment of buffet and restaurant service areas while assisting guests and supporting the overall flow of service.

Responsibilities

Prepare buffet and service areas according to established presentation standards; Ensure plates, bowls, silverware, glassware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies remain adequately stocked; Monitor buffet presentation continuously throughout service; Coordinate with Culinary colleagues regarding items requiring replenishment; Maintain clean and organized buffet surfaces and surrounding areas; Immediately address spills and unsafe conditions; Assist guests with locating buffet items and obtaining appropriate service assistance; Maintain basic knowledge of buffet offerings and allergen procedures; Never provide unverified ingredient or allergy information; Follow established sanitation and food-safety procedures; Assist with clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables when required; Assist with opening and closing buffet setup and breakdown; Properly handle and store operating equipment after service; Minimize unnecessary waste and immediately report unusual product waste; Support Water’s Edge and other Food & Beverage operations requiring buffet or restaurant-attendant support; Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
