Responsibilities

Handle recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.; Support onboarding and offboarding processes.; Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.; Assist in performance evaluation follow-ups and employee progress tracking.; Support HR policies, internal communication, and employee engagement activities.; Coordinate with managers to understand hiring needs and team requirements.; Help improve HR workflows, documentation, and internal processes.; Use AI tools and digital systems to make HR work faster, more organized, and more efficient.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.; 1.5 to 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a software, tech, startup, or fast-paced environment.; Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.; Experience with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook groups, referrals, and job platforms.; Good knowledge of HR policies, employee files, contracts, and basic labor law practices.; Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.; Very good organizational skills and attention to detail.; Good command of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.; Comfortable using HR systems, digital tools, and AI tools to organize and improve HR work.; Good English level, especially in writing emails and professional communication.; Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up with different departments.; Proactive personality with a learning mindset and problem-solving attitude.
