You will be joining a growing school group at an early stage, with scope to contribute, develop and progress. Main responsibilities include overseeing academic standards, operations and school development. The school delivers the English National Curriculum from ages 4–18, with a clear focus on Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level outcomes. With quality assurance and curriculum oversight from TVET UK, the school maintains high expectations for both students and teachers, ensuring a structured and results-driven learning environment.

Requirements

Bachelors in Education or a related subject from a UK institution; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / PGCE or equivalent; Significant leadership experience in a British International School; Strong understanding of Cambridge assessment criteria and exam techniques; Proven track record of achieving school growth and increasing student recruitment; Experience in safeguarding, financial and operational oversight; Valid police clearance certificate / DBS; 2 professional references
