Introduction

Are you currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Chemistry or Materials Science and interested in gaining hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing? We are looking for a motivated Master Student to support our BEoL Integration team in investigating process-induced defectivity issues and evaluating potential solutions.

Your Job

- Support root cause investigations for process-induced defectivity issues within BEoL Integration
- Assist in the planning and coordination of experiments
- Coordinate wafer logistics required for experimental activities
- Organize chemical and physical analyses in collaboration with relevant teams and laboratories
- Evaluate, summarize and document experimental and analytical results
- Prepare and present findings to the BEoL Integration team
- Support the verification of targeted solutions based on experimental results

Requirements

You're currently pursuing a Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science or a related technical or scientific field; Interest in semiconductor technology, materials characterization and process integration; Structured and analytical approach to technical problem-solving; Good organizational and communication skills; Ability to summarize technical results clearly and present them to a technical audience; Good German and English skills (both at least C1)
