- You have advanced computer operating skills (Microsoft Office).
- You are dedicated, flexible, with team spirit, strong communication and social skills.

The languages you should know

- English at an advanced level is mandatory.
- German is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to projects under the direction of application project manager / project manager associate.; Administer project data in project management tools.; Organize and maintain project files and databases.; Support creating presentations and reports.; Organize regular meetings and support with meeting minutes preparation.

Requirements

You are an undergraduate student with an interest in working in a multicultural environment.; You are open to working on a full-time program.

Nice to have

Advanced Excel and digitalization/automation skills are a plus.
