WSH Restaurants - Waiter/Waitress

Position Overview - We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our team and play a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience to our guests; Menu Knowledge: Know our menu well, including ingredients and cooking techniques, to help guests with their choices; Presentation: Serve dishes with style, pour wine accurately, and create memorable dining moments; Teamwork: Work well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service; Upselling: Recommend featured items, drinks, and wine pairings to enhance guests' experiences; Stay Cool: Handle high-pressure situations calmly, professionally and refer them to the line manager, if necessary

Requirements

Experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant; Excellent communication skills; Passion for food, wine, and hospitality; Flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays; Impeccable grooming and presentation standards
