Responsibilities

Drive sales growth, profitability and achievement of business targets for assigned Product Lines and region.; Develop and execute annual sales plans, budgets and market-development strategies.; Lead, coach and develop the Sales, Product and Application teams to strengthen performance and capabilities.; Monitor sales pipeline, order intake, revenue, gross margins and business forecasts, taking timely action on performance gaps.; Build strong relationships with key customers and support strategic opportunities, negotiations and key account agreements.; Identify new markets, applications and customer segments to drive sustainable business growth.; Work closely with Marketing to execute seminars, workshops, customer meets and other market-development initiatives.; Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities and provide actionable business insights.; Guide the team on quotations, tenders, commercial negotiations and complex order closures while safeguarding profitability.; Ensure disciplined CRM usage, opportunity management, sales forecasting and adherence to Anton Paar Sales Standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant Science, Engineering, Technology or related discipline. A management qualification would be an added advantage
