12D Traffic Management Operatives

Kelly Group are currently seeking experienced and qualified 12D Traffic Management Operatives to join our busy team performing Lane/Road closures within our High Speed Traffic Management Division.

Responsibilities

Installation, maintenance, and removal of traffic management systems in compliance with the relevant codes of practice; To set up lane closures and road closures (portable traffic signals and Stop and go) within our highspeed and low speed traffic diversion; Set up and maintain safe working environments for both road users and personnel; Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times; Work collaboratively with other team members and contractors to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion; Perform regular inspections of equipment and materials to ensure they are in good working order; Complete necessary paperwork and reporting in line with company standards

Requirements

Valid 12D Traffic Management Qualification (or equivalent); Previous experience in traffic management, ideally within the 12D sector; Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and the ability to adhere to them; Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team; Full, clean UK driving licence; Ability to work in all weather conditions and on various sites

Nice to have

Additional traffic management certifications (e.g., 12A/12B); First Aid certification; Experience in the use of traffic management equipment and software
