1st Party Collection Agent - UPL

We are looking for a 1st Party Collection Agent (internally referred to as Debt Recovery Account Manager), to help grow our business and contribute to our future. As a Debt Recovery Account Manager, you will be focusing on reconciling accounts under 60 days delinquent as 1st party collections. Reporting to Manager, Debt Recovery.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers using email and phone calls; Send and receive various documents to update accounts; Find solutions and arrange payment(s); Meet call and collection targets on a weekly basis; Complete skip tracing tasks as needed; Communicate with clients on updates with accounts

Requirements

Bilingual in French and English; High level of communications skills; Ability to multitask; Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft suite, soft phone applications and different CRM systems
