2D Architectural Drafter

We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICES and are looking for a 2D Architectural Drafter to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality projects to our clients

Responsibilities

Create, update & revise 2D floor plans, elevations, details for the structural renovation of buildings that have a variety of materials (concrete both precast and cast in place, steel, wood, and masonry).; Maintain the accuracy of drawings, and ensure the integrity and quality of deliverables.; Coordinate drawings, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues.; Assist in the development of internal drawing standards and guidelines for work planning.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent.; 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years of proven experience working with AutoCAD.; Effective English communication skills.; Must have exceptional attention to detail.; Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.; Experience with other Autodesk software (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D) is a plus.; Experience working with international companies is an advantage.
