45 MN Press Operator - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced 45 MN Press Operator to operate the forging press machine and monitor pressure and production parameters in a heavy forging environment. The candidate must ensure safe press operation, production efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

- Operate 45 MN forging press machine

- Monitor pressure, temperature, and production parameters

- Ensure proper forging process as per specifications

- Inspect forged components for defects

- Coordinate with crane operators and production team

- Maintain production logs and machine records

- Follow safety standards and operational procedures

- Report equipment issues and support maintenance activities

Requirements

Department: Production; Division: Forging; Category: Speciality Skilled Worker; Engineering qualification (Mechanical preferred); Press Operation Certification (Mandatory); Minimum 6 years of experience in forging press operations; Experience operating heavy forging press machines; Strong understanding of forging process and safety standards; Salary: SAR 3,500 – 5,000 + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation); Benefits; FAT Provided (Food, Accommodation & Transportation); Overtime as per company policy
