What is the Accelerate Development Program?

The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch.

- Focused on external local talent (Mexican professionals)
- Promotes professional development , enabling deep exposure to Bosch products , processes, and technologies
- 18 to 24 months in duration, with structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles
- You are hired as a full-time employee from day one , with the same benefits and career opportunities as any other Bosch associate
- Targets key positions with a fast-tracked development path
- Supported by mentors, supervisors, and program coordinators throughout the journey
- Designed to transition you into a final role as a Process & Operations Engineer.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in Logistics or Manufacturing environments (Middle level).; Proven expertise in Inventory Control and Warehouse Management .; Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, TPM, Pull System).; Hands-on experience with Material Flow Design and Value Stream Mapping ( VSM/VSD ).; Project Management proficiency (from conception to implementation).; Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and SAP modules.; Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.; Ability to manage indirect personnel, influence cross-functional teams, and lead change management.; Professional fluency in English.
