Account Handler | Personal Lines

We have an opportunity for an experienced Account Handler to join our Personal Lines team. Joining a team of over 50 dedicated insurance professionals you will provide excellent service to our new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

Providing tailored insurance quotations for personal cars, vans, and homes; Manage customer policies, renewals, and claims; Process documentation and payments with accuracy and efficiency; Stay informed about insurance products and market trends; Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards; Work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities for training and development

Requirements

APA or CIP qualified insurance professional; Over 2 years experience in a fast-paced, customer facing insurance role; Strong customer service skills and attention to detail; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Nice to have

Experience in an office, customer service, or sales role is an advantage but not essential
