Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

Direct the global GL function and provide strategic oversight to the accounting team; Infuse AI throughout day-to-day accounting activities, identify and implement AI-driven solutions for anomaly detection, automated reconciliations, and predictive close processes; Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process; Implement internal controls and AI-enhanced audit trails to ensure precise financial reporting; Lead the evolution of general ledger data structures and seamlessly integrate modern AI agents and LLM-based data analysis tools

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; 6-8 years of accounting experience with a background in public accounting; Experience in managing a team required; Experience in implementing AI tools or advanced automation within an accounting function
