Acumen Regional Manager - Military (Central Australia)

We're seeking an experienced and commercially minded Manager to lead both on and off base service delivery across a designated military region, supporting our Defence and rehabilitation contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and report on regional service delivery operations to ensure contractual KPIs, service standards, and compliance requirements are achieved; Promote a strong culture of clinical governance, safety, and continuous quality improvement, ensuring relevant standards and regulatory requirements are met; Build and maintain strong relationships with ADF representatives (ie Commanding Officers, Health Centre Managers, Regional Rehab Managers) and act as the escalation point for complex customer or stakeholder issues; Lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve operational and strategic goals, supporting workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and capability development; Manage regional P&L performance, revenue, margin, and EBITDA outcomes; Represent Acumen Health at customer meetings, contract reviews, and industry forums

Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or another relevant Allied Health discipline with current professional registration; Minimum 5 years' experience within occupational rehabilitation, injury management or similar; Strong operational leadership and people management experience, with exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills; Demonstrated success managing customers with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for Defence personnel and veterans; Experience managing budgets, commercial outcomes, or financial performance metrics
