Advisory Director

Our client is an advisory and consulting firm advising public, pre-IPO, and private companies on transactions including mergers, acquisitions, debt restructuring, process improvement, and initial public offerings in various industries.

Responsibilities

Lead engagements advising market-leading clients on mergers/acquisitions, initial public offerings, and various technical accounting matters; Review of financial statements and other SEC filings; Develop financial models, forecasts, and related analyses; Manage existing client relationships and pursue new client opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting; 8-12 years of public accounting or accounting advisory experience; Knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting; Strong technical skills; Experience in project management
