Africa Travel Specialist

Africa Travel Specialist required for this award winning travel company specialising in high quality tailormade safaris to Southern and East Africa. This is a true specialist role requiring solid experience in selling Africa and personal travel experience across Africa. This is a remote role Monday to Friday with a base salary of up to £45,000 plus commission dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

Advise travellers from first enquiry through to their return home; Design bespoke itineraries tailored precisely to each traveller’s interests, budget and style; Liaise directly with suppliers across Africa to secure availability and ensure seamless arrangements; Make and manage bookings with accuracy and care; Solve problems and remain responsible for every booking until the traveller returns home

Requirements

Significant experience designing and selling tailor-made African holidays; Extensive personal travel across Africa; Strong consultative sales skills; Excellent communication and organisational ability; Confidence managing bookings end-to-end; A genuine passion for Africa, its wildlife, cultures and landscapes
