Responsibilities

Servicing, maintaining, and repairing tractors, combines, forage harvesters, balers, and telehandlers; Conducting advanced fault diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; Completing complex repairs; Providing first-class technical support and customer service on-site and in the field; Maintaining accurate work records and ensuring high standards of safety and presentation

Requirements

A recognised apprenticeship, C&G or NVQ in Land based engineering or a transferable qualification; Strong diagnostic ability across engines, hydraulic and electronic systems; A precise, methodical approach and pride in workmanship; A customer-first attitude and the ability to work independently in the field; A full UK driving licence and currently live in Frome or the surrounding area; Significant agricultural engineering experience; Confidence in handling modern agricultural machinery (tractors or combines) to a manufacturer-recognised standard
