AI Developer

Role Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for an AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered features and applications. You'll work with machine learning models and APIs to create intelligent solutions that improve products and workflows.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-powered applications and features; Integrate machine learning models and third-party AI APIs into products; Build and maintain data pipelines to support model training and inference; Test and validate AI systems for accuracy, performance, and reliability; Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for AI integration; Document technical approaches and maintain clean, reusable code

Requirements

2+ years of experience building AI or machine learning applications; Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow); Experience integrating APIs from AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.); Understanding of core ML concepts (training, inference, evaluation); Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to have

Experience with vector databases and embeddings; Familiarity with MLOps tools and model deployment pipelines; Exposure to computer vision or NLP projects
