Airport Representative

The Airport Representative is responsible for welcoming guests at the airport, assisting them with arrivals and departures, coordinating transportation, and ensuring a smooth transfer experience between the airport and the property (hotel/resort/agency). The role serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet guests at the airport upon arrival and assist with luggage and transportation arrangements; Coordinate with the hotel's front office or transportation team regarding guest arrival and departure times; Ensure accurate and timely guest pick-up and drop-off services; Maintain up-to-date flight information and communicate any changes or delays to the concerned departments; Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures when required; Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the property and local area, and ensure a warm welcome experience; Coordinate with drivers, travel agents, and other service providers for smooth airport transfers; Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and transportation requests; Handle any guest complaints or issues professionally and report them promptly to management; Represent the company/hotel brand positively at all times

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality, tourism, or airline industry); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong organizational and coordination abilities; Customer-service-oriented and professional appearance; Fluency in English; Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; Knowledge of airport protocols and local transportation services
