Whether setting tables, assisting the kitchen, or cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies, the Guest Service Support Expert provides the support that make transactions feel like part of the experience.

Guest Service Support Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces), managing the menu (read and visually verify information), and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Service Support Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.

Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; No related work experience; No supervisory experience; No license or certification; Ability to create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications; Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces; Ability to manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information; Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Nice to have
