We are seeking a strategic and proactive professional to step into a pivotal role, where you will be instrumental in shaping and executing sourcing strategies for critical materials, with a specific focus on woven textiles. Responsibilities

Develop and execute materials sourcing strategies aligned with cost, quality, and lead-time objectives; Build and manage a global supplier network, with a strong focus on partners in Asia; Partner cross-functionally with development, planning, and costing teams to drive informed sourcing decisions; Lead seasonal execution and tracking, ensuring timelines and deliverables are consistently met; Analyze data and synthesize insights to provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders; Identify opportunities for supplier optimization, risk mitigation, and process improvement; Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering exceptional results.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in materials sourcing, product sourcing, costing, manufacturing, or product development; Background in materials (textiles, fabrics, trims, etc.); Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and work effectively across global teams; Strong project management skills with the ability to drive execution independently; Experience working with international suppliers, particularly in Asia; Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, tracking, and reporting; Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and present to diverse audiences; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Nice to have

Experience in performance or athletic environments; Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar); Experience sourcing woven materials or technical textiles; Background in large, matrixed organizations; Exposure to sustainability or supplier strategy initiatives.
