AR Coating Tech

As a Lens Coating Technician, you will be responsible for performing manufacturing processes to clean, dip, and coat ophthalmic lenses with scratch-resistant and anti-reflective coatings. Your work ensures the production of high-quality lenses that meet patient needs, supporting both our optical lab team and the broader healthcare community.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment to clean, dip, and coat lenses with scratch-resistant and anti-reflective coatings; Manage fast-paced production, working under pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks; Perform simple and repetitive tasks with a strong attention to detail; Control the direct work pace to keep up with the production line; Efficiently and safely manage consumable usage.

Requirements

High School diploma or G.E.D.; Computer skills, including touchscreen and desktop operation

Nice to have

Associate degree; Minimum of one year of Optical lab experience; Clean room experience
