Responsibilities

Model-based cost planning and control across all project phases; Analysis of budget requirements and evaluation of projects during the conceptual phases; Preparation of master, monitoring and detailed schedules for all project phases in accordance with the HOAI; Development and definition of procurement strategies; Preparation and execution of tenders; Commercial and technical review and evaluation of bids; Involvement in tender and contract negotiations

Requirements

Degree in architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering with a specialisation in construction; Several years’ relevant professional experience; Knowledge of cost planning and/or tendering and/or scheduling; Fluency in German, written and spoken
