Assistant Branch Manager - NAPA Traralgon - Full Time

Our Assistant Branch Managers support the Branch Manager with operations and the day-to-day running of the branch; oversee and supervise a team of trade and Industrial specialists, ensuring their success; maintain a safe workplace.

Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise daily store operations; Support and develop team to ensure first-class customer experiences; Support the Branch Manager with operations and day-to-day running of the branch; Oversee and supervise a team of trade and industrial specialists; Maintain a safe workplace; Coach, develop, and support a small team of trade, sales & packing team members to reach their full potential; Provide sales and service to trade, industrial & mining customers leveraging expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge; Manage and resolve customer issues/complaints in a timely and professional manner; Build and maintain strong customer relationships; Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first

Requirements

Supervisory experience or readiness to take the next step in your career; Experience building strong relationships with all customers; Solution-focused problem-solver; Sound computer skills; Conscious of workplace safety always; Hold a valid driver's license; Ability to lift, bend and climb

Nice to have

Previous trade/industrial experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
