Assistant General Manager Sales

The Assistant General Manager - Sales supports the General Manager in running a smooth, welcoming, and enrollment-driven swim school. This is a people-first role - you'll spend your days connecting with families on the phone and in person, keeping daily operations running at a high standard, and coaching the Front Desk team to excel in sales and customer service growth.

Responsibilities

Greet every member and family warmly at arrival and departure; Keep the facility clean, organized, and ready for customers; Oversee the first day swimmer process; Own daily enrollment goals by calling, texting, and following up on leads; Track lead pipeline, conversion rates, and enrollment trends; Handle common objections and coach the Front Desk team; Coach Front Desk staff through side-by-side support, feedback, and evaluations; Plan monthly community events and build local partnerships; Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts

Requirements

Natural communicator, comfortable on the phone and in person with families; Comfortable learning new software; Organized, dependable, and proactive; 1-2 years in a customer service, sales, or team support role; Required to obtain a Lifeguard Certification through Goldfish Swim School; Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
