Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow; Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards; Implement and maintain company policies and procedures; Manage inventory and supply orders to optimize stock levels; Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently; Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction; Assist in creating employee schedules and managing payroll; Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations; Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new team members; Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a similar role; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems; Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance; Ability to pass a criminal background check; High school diploma or equivalent; Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively; Positive attitude and enthusiasm for team success
