Domino's Pizza in Fenton, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading our staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high product quality standards; Assist in managing inventory, controlling costs, and optimizing restaurant performance; Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies; Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently; Support the store manager in staff scheduling, training, and development; Oversee cash management and daily financial reporting; Contribute to marketing initiatives and local community engagement efforts; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; Assist in implementing new procedures and promotions to drive sales and improve efficiency; Step in to perform various roles within the restaurant as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a hands-on approach

Requirements

Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older; Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check; Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance; Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team members; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proven ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment; Basic math and computer proficiency; Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; High school diploma or equivalent; Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail; Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering great customer experiences

Nice to have
