Gaube Enterprises, an independently owned Domino's Pizza franchise, is seeking motivated, dependable, and leadership-driven Assistant Managers to help oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy leading a team, multitasking, and taking ownership of their shifts, with strong opportunities to grow into General Manager and franchise leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Lead store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and food quality; Supervise team members, assign tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting; Manage cash handling, inventory control, and cost management; Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently; Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards are followed at all times; Assist with food preparation, stocking, and general store operations as needed

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older; Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills; Strong availability for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays is required; Standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting during shifts; Frequent use of hands for food preparation and equipment operation; Occasional driving for deliveries or store tasks (if applicable)
