Responsibilities

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry; Strong leadership and team management skills; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Proficiency in operating restaurant equipment and POS systems; Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills; Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately; Computer literacy for order processing and inventory management; Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and navigate stairs; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude; Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for potential delivery responsibilities)
