Assistant Manager

Domino's Pizza is hiring assistant managers to lead store teams. Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. Applicants may start as a delivery expert or inside team member, as 90% of Franchisees did. Domino's emphasizes its Team Dynamic culture, in which people come first.

Responsible for everything that happens during your shift; Cost controls; Inventory control; Cash control; Customer relations; Lead a team toward a common goal; Staffing; Paperwork submission; Food management; Scheduling; Maintaining image standards; Store cleanliness; Marketing; Profitability; Follow all policies and procedures; Operate, clean, and maintain store facility and equipment; Prepare product to Domino's specifications and guidelines; Take inventory and stock ingredients; Receive and process telephone orders; Navigate delivery areas; Take orders and handle customer concerns

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license; Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery; Must have one year of driving history; Must pass a Criminal Background Check; Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check, meeting company-specific standards; Sound judgment; Empathy; People management insight; Ability to multitask; Ability to direct activities and work under stress; Ability to meet strict quality control standards; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; Ability to make correct monetary change; Comfortability utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle; Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses; Ability to lift product up to 50 pounds; Ability to be on feet for most of the shift
