Assistant Manager

Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers to lead store teams. The role includes full responsibility for shift operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The assistant manager leads by example, ensures all policies and procedures are followed, and leads the team toward sales and customer-satisfaction goals. The role also covers staffing, scheduling, food management, paperwork, store cleanliness, image standards, marketing, and profitability. Daily tasks are performed while standing, with bulk deliveries requiring unloading by team members.

Responsibilities

Responsible for everything that happens during your shift; Cost controls; Inventory control; Cash control; Customer relations; Following all policies and procedures and setting the example for the crew; Leading a team toward sales and profitability goals; Staffing; Paperwork submission; Food management; Scheduling; Maintaining image standards; Store cleanliness; Marketing; Operating, cleaning, and maintaining store facilities and equipment; Preparing product to Domino's specifications and guidelines; Receiving and processing telephone orders; Stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and coolers

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age; Must have a valid driver's license; Must pass a Criminal Background Check; Sound judgment; Empathy; People management insight; Ability to multitask; Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make ethical decisions in a timely manner; Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality; Willingness to take inventory and complete associated paperwork; Must possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within a designated delivery area; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change; Comfortability utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle; Ability to be on feet for most of the shift and lift/stack items up to 50 pounds

Nice to have

Preferred to have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery, with one year of driving history; Preferred to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check, meeting company-specific standards
