Assistant Salon Manager

Responsibilities

Managing all salon operations and providing leadership and tools for success; helping staff increase their clientele and the business; focusing on the profitability of the salon and teaching stylists the ins and outs of business; providing all hair care services offered by Supercuts and ensuring the highest quality for each guest; acting as coach and mentor to bring out the best in salon employees ensuring a positive work environment; hiring, recruiting, training, and handling conflicts and client complaints with ease and professionalism

Requirements

You lead by example; customer service at your core; resolve challenges with professionalism; bring out the best in others; current cosmetology or barber license; work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; tech savvy and perform administrative tasks; read, write, and do basic math; available to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions including overnight travel; good eyesight including close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus; comfortable with lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs; okay with fragrances and chemicals
