Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. This position will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts. The Assistant Manager will be expected to lead the store team members in servicing customers. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations; Manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts; Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service; Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom; Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring team members; Perform store opening/closing duties and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

Sales Specialist Training; Assistant Manager Certification; RSS Certification

Nice to have

Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification; Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
