Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. This position will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts. The Assistant Manager will be expected to lead the store team members in servicing customers.

Responsibilities

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service; Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom; Work with store manager to ensure retail sales counter is adequately staffed; Assist store manager in setting team member goals, coaching and mentoring; Assist in hiring process by completing recruiting tasks and interviewing; Ensure online orders and transfers are processed timely; Ensure customer returns and exchanges are processed efficiently; Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving store; Perform store opening and closing duties; Assist store manager in maintaining store building and equipment

Requirements

Sales Specialist Training; Assistant Manager Certification; RSS Certification

Nice to have

Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification; Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
